3. Application Process

4. Minimum Order Quantities

6. Product Availability and Allocation

Product availability for wholesale is subject to inventory on hand and manufacturer allocations. Certain products, particularly:

• Newly released hobby boxes and cases

• Highly sought-after chase products

...may have limited wholesale availability. Card Corner II does not guarantee the availability of any specific product for wholesale purchase at any given time. All wholesale orders are subject to product availability at the time the order is confirmed.

7. Payment Terms

Card Corner II does not dictate specific resale pricing but expects wholesale customers to conduct their business ethically and lawfully.

12. Cancellation of Wholesale Orders

Wholesale orders may be cancelled by the customer only prior to order processing and shipment, subject to Card Corner II's approval. Once a wholesale order has begun processing or has been shipped, it generally cannot be cancelled.

Card Corner II reserves the right to cancel a wholesale order at any time if:

• Pricing errors are identified.
• Payment cannot be verified or fails.
• The customer fails to meet the wholesale terms.

If Card Corner II cancels a wholesale order after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued.
